Ladies and gentlemen, without further adieu I present to you, my answers....
1. Do you shop til you drop, or are you in and out as soon as possible?
I think it depends on what store I'm in. Most of the time I like taking my time and perusing the aisles and sales, but there are certain stores you have to drag me into kicking and screaming. I could shop All. Day. Long. Seriously....I could. But take me to Wal-Mart and I'm in and out in 5 minutes flat. That place gives me the willies.
2. Are you a price conscious shopper?
Yup, sure am! Coupon clipper, woot woot! I try and shop sales as much as possible and it has to be really awesome for me to buy something full price. I totally believe in smart shopping, trust me, I have it down to an art! Just ask my hubs...ha! BUT....I LOVE shopping....I also love spoiling my kids....and sometimes items just happen to sneak into the cart that weren't on sale but were too cute to pass up!
3. What store could you spend HOURS in?
Target....sweet sweet glorious Target....I go there at least 3 times a week. No joke.
4. What is the most frivolous purchase you've ever made?
Um...a husband! HA! And for the record, I should have NEVER asked Jordan the answer to this.... apparently I make a lot of frivolous purchases.
5. What was the last thing you bought for yourself?
A gorgeous new purse....I'm in love with it....I just bought it last week and I've used it every single day. And I may or may not coordinate all of my outfits around my beautiful new purse. It's true love.

i always feel like a need a full body chemical peel when i leave WalMart...willies indeed!! HA! i asked my hubz about my shopping too...he said i am frivolous, which is just crazy talk. AND i just bought myself a new purse too...we are sooo twinners!!

If I had a target I'd spend time there. Alas, we only have Kmart and Walmart. Not really alternatives, just imitations at best.

I just got a new purse too
ReplyDeleteTarget is a dangerous place. I always find things I don't need, but I tell myself I do! And their clothes and accessories get me into trouble.
You and I are shopping soul mates! I answered almost every question the same as you. Except I didn't pay a purse this past weekend, even though I looked for one. I bought a bunch of other things instead!
ReplyDeleteLove a new purse. I know the sign of a good purse for me is I want to move into it in the parking lot. Or asap. If I am not dying to move in I don't need it and usually return it.
ReplyDeleteTarget! Love it but I have had to take a step back from our love afffair. I spend a hundred bucks every time I go. Seriously not good for the budget.

ReplyDeleteI don't think I frivilous shop but I am quite sure my hubs would answer differently. Boys should have no room to talk about shopping though! He thinks grocery shopping can be frivilous. Weirdo!

ReplyDeleteOMG, I LOVE TARGET!!!! It's definitely my guilty pleasure... I could just peruse the isles for hours. Congrats on the new house!!!!! I totally understand what it's like to eat crappy food at midnight. One day when you are cooking a super awesome meal in your lovely home you will look back on it and laugh, I promise.

ReplyDeletei hate walmart and i went to target last night instead to get a few more purchases for my scarf swap i'm doing. when i left and was on my way to cute guys house i realized i forgot a few things and had to stop at walmart. OMG. i hate that place and how annoyingly busy it is all the time. and some of the people that go there? no thanks.
