Sundaes on Thursday....

I love days like today! To truly enjoy every part of my day from waking to bed time can be a rare commodity at times....but today was simply and ordinarily perfect. Nothing grand happened, just life at it's fullest. Getting spit up on, changing explosive diapers, playing outside for hours, chauffeuring to and fro, getting sticky kisses from my munchkins, yummy Thai food for dinner(which I ate way too much of, I'm feeling like I'm gonna heave...blah), ice cream sundaes with Daddy...this is why I love my life. Man I really hope tomorrow isn't lame!! Today reminded me of the book For One More Day by Mitch Albom....it was just that good. I wish I could think of a cool song to be my theme song of the day! I have a secret...I know what made today so good. The first thing I did today was put on my pink headband with the big cute bow. I wore it ALL day...I think it made all the difference. I'm gonna wear it again tomorrow, just in case.

Let the laundry party begin!!

It's fixed! I'm sooo excited I won't have to turn my skivvies inside out anymore! CLEAN CLOTHES!! Ugh...a weeks worth of laundry...on second thought maybe I should break it again. But more importantly...this photo?! Wha-the?! It's amazing!

Crayon roll anyone?

Let me start by saying...I'm LOVING my new sewing machine!! I was feeling ultra domestic today and my man spoiled me and got me a new sewing machine. So lucky! I couldn't wait to whip up a neat little project and so I started with the CrAyOn RoLl!! I hadn't sewn in a really long time and I had forgot how therapeutic, and addicting, it is. So here they are, pics of my first project...This is one I made for Mason. I thought it would be neat to take to sacrament.

This is a girly one I made for no one in particular. I think now that I figured out how to make them I may try and get a little fancy with some ric rac or lace or something...I can't wait to get some funky fabrics and mix it up! Tomorrow I'm going to try making it into an apron! How fun would that be?!
I hope you like them! They were so fun and quite simple to make! How cute would they be as gifts? Or stocking stuffers! I can't wait to make some more and share them with you!! Recipe for mudbutt...

I'm going to try to write this without dry heaving. But first I'd like to preface this story with a statement: My dog wouldn't even eat the featured food item, and he's been known to eat HiS oWn PoOp!

It was a night like any other at the Cline home. The kids were plotting my downfall, friends were gathered over a gourmet dinner of fish stick sandwiches (vomit), and on the counter sat a lonely bowl of tartar sauce. With all the fish sticks having been consumed what were to do with our abundance of tartar sauce??? Make Dizzle eat it, of course. But why stop there....why not add some peanut butter? In fact, it would make a great sandwich. You know what would go great with that? Some jufran banana sauce (first of all, who owns that?!) And what's a tartar, peanut butter, and jufran sandwich without some tapatio? So here we were with this vile creation and a subject who was willing to eat it....and he did...the entire thing, without puking. Can I just tell you that it looked like the matter I see in my daughter's diaper every day? Rolf...flippin sick. But this ladies and gentleman is why we love Dizzle. And yes, I know what you're wondering, he is available...in fact applications to date him are available upon request. Along with his diverse culinary interests, Dizzle enjoys long walks in Sportsman's warehouse, reading Guns n' Ammo, and snuggling on the couch to a romantic episode of Family Guy...please send a recent photo (holding today's newspaper) along with your contact info if interested for more details.

Apparently 1989 was a good year....

just did laundry at my mom's....her washer is from 1989!!!!! seriously??? I hate my washer even more.

I hate all forms of machinery.....

It's bad enough not having my car, but why did my washing machine have to break? Doesn't it know that my kids like to pee in their pants just to give me something to wash? As if laundry wasn't bad enough already....now I'm backed up four days and it won't be fixed for another week! Do you think it's ok to put a 5 year old in diapers so I don't have to accumulate stinky chonies for another week? I think we should all go green and become one giant nudist colony....that way I would never have to do laundry again. Can I get an AMEN?!

I did it! Ha! I posted a picture. This pretty little thing is Presley on her first Easter. That's four and a half months of straight cuteness right there!

Testing testing! I've surrendered to the pressure....I've started a blog. I never thought this day would come, but if people want to know about how I spend my day avoiding doing laundry, resisting the urge to post my kids on craigslist, and waiting for American Idol to come on....well then they've come to the right place.
