5 years....

I can't believe it's already been 5 years....and I haven't started drinking yet. I kid. I joke. Kind of.

I still have to pinch myself to make sure its not a dream, but lucky for me its not. He's real. Our love is real. And its stronger than ever. I'm so romantic....feel free to dry heave from all my lovesick mumbo jumbo.

I can't even begin to express what the last 5 years have been like with him at my side. Amazing doesn't even begin to cover it! So I'll try and express what I feel through this interpretive dance I recorded....HA! Yeah right.

You'll just have to take my word for it just how wonderful he is and just how perfect life has been since he's been here to share it with...

{5 years down...an eternity to go...}

Well, I'd better go shave my legs now. He deserves that much after 5 years of marriage!!

Happy Anniversary Mr.Cline.....I love you...

{Quite possibly my favorite picture of him EVER! Adorbs!}

Wasn't he a doll?!?!

Now who wants to pinch Jordan's cheeks??

Not THOSE cheeks....perv.

Speaking of cheeks...28 spankings is A LOT!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JORDAN!!

WE LOVE YOU!!!

I hope you have an AMAZING day!!!

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to bake a cake and figure out how to tie a bow around myself.

Rest, relaxation, and more rest.....

Ahhhhh.....

18 hours. I slept 18 hours in two days. I wish you could see the tears of happiness streaming down my face right now. That's like a week's worth of sleep for me. This last weekend, The Hubs and I sneaked off to Tahoe for a weekend getaway. And by "sneaked off" I mean, threw a ticker tape parade, shouted from the roof tops, partied like its 1999, peaced out, got the heck out of dodge!

Despite some intense babysitting issues, we were able to get to Tahoe and enjoy life again take a breather. We had the most amazing suite and were rolling straight baller status. The room was decked out with everything from an office to a pool table. It was bigger than my house...no joke. And the best part? I didn't have to clean a dang thing! We had a blast eating, sleeping, shopping, sleeping, meeting up with the adorable Stephanie and family, sleeping, and just hanging out. See for yourself....

{Until we meet again Tahoe.....}

{This guy still gives me butterflies...or maybe its gas}

{We picked up some essentials....because no one likes funk in their junk}

{The Hubs...throwin' out the vibe..}

{My future son-in-law and his hot mama, Steph!}

{We bonded...silly faces, farts, and superheros...}

{The Hubs wrasslin' with the Blue Zoo gang...}

{Nothin' but good times!}

I miss you Tahoe...we'll meet again! But for now its back to reality (did anyone else sing 'back to life, back to reality' just now? I did...thank you Soul II Soul). I already need a nap.

Happy Tuesday Amigos!!

Part 2...

Here is part 2, as promised!

Karls asked:
What was the happiest day of your life (aside from your wedding day, or meeting hot mamalish, or the birth of your 3 terrors)?

"The day after we had Presley when I went and spent $4000 in assault rifles and handguns."

Christina Lee asked: What things do you love best about our little chica?

"Girl I love your big brown eyes! And the way you shake them thighs! No, but really though it's the fact that I never have to guess what she is thinking because she tells me whether I want to hear it or not."

Summer asked: What is the biggest challenge you overcame in your marriage?

"Getting Alicia to accept the fact that Black Dog starring Patrick Swayze, Meatloaf, and Randy Travis is THE best movie EVER made. Amen."

Jamie Pickle asked: What is your favorite memory of her?

"It was February 14th 2006- we went to dinner and racing Go-karts. She was CRAZY competitive and fun. I knew I was in for it."

Clare asked: Do you watch the show with your wife like my hubby (dutifully) does?

"Yes. But only so I know what the heck she is mumbling about as I'm falling asleep that night...and to pick up some new one liners for my old lady...'You can land your plane on my landing strip anytime'."

Frenchie asked: What is your middle name if you have one?

"Hamilton fool. Hamilton. It's all about the Hamiltons."

Andrienzgirl asked: What "chick flick" best portrays the awesomeness that is Cline?

"Titanic. The steamy window part."

What comedy is the ultimate laugh party for the Cheesefest that is Jordan and Alicia?

"Billy Madison. Want to touch the hiney. AAooooo!"

Who would play Alicia?

"Sherri O'terri. She's short and obnoxious."

Jen asked: Does the whole family eat like her or is she left to eat alone?

"We all eat together. And we all eat 5 individually crafted meals."

Mama-face asked: What makes Jordan drool?

"Carl's Jr and a Choco taco."

S Club Mama asked: What is your favorite food that is forbidden to your wife (due to her IBS)? Do you eat it in front of her?

"Thrifty's mint chip ice cream. And yes i do!"

Kasey asked: Who is your FAVORITE sister? ;>

"The one who lives out of state!"

Kirsten asked: If Mrs. Cheesy was really a cheese what kind would she be? And why?

"Gouda, because it smells ALMOST as horrendous as her gas."

Carma asked: Is Jordan completely calm and comatose being you run at the total other end of the spectrum??!!

"Cool, calm, and collected."

Kristin asked: What is your favorite thing to do for date night?

"We're actually pretty low key, but my favorite thing is to go out and treat her like a stranger and try to pick up on her all night....then I bring her back to my place...(wink)"

Hope you're all having an awesome weekend!

55 days....how and why...

So you want to know how and why 55 days, huh? Well...here it is. Hers vs. His style...

How did we know in 55 days?

Hers: To be honest I knew in the first week I would marry him, and I told anyone who would listen! Jordan wears his heart (and opinions) on his sleeve. From the very first moment I knew exactly where I stood with him and that was an amazing relief. He didn't play games. I knew if he said something, he meant it. So when he told me he loved me, when he told me he loved Mason (who was 2 at the time), when he told me he wanted to marry me, I knew it was the truth. From the very first date he made us a priority. I had never been taken care of the way he took (and takes) care of me. He was the exact opposite of anyone I had ever dated, and that's why it worked! Everything from the look in his eyes, to the way my hand fit in his, was just perfect. Are you gagging on my sappiness yet? TWSS. ha. But the closing deal for me was the fact that I could be myself around him. 100% me. I farted on the first date. I was loud and outspoken. I had a child. I never had to censor anything about myself. And not only did he accept me for it, he loved me for it. I wanted to spend every waking, and sleeping, moment with this guy. I'd be crazy not to marry him...

His: First of all, let me clarify a little something. Alicia and I “met” about a year before we actually went on our first date. And by “met”, I mean I stalked her from the other side of the room every single time I saw her. We went to a concert “together”, we went to a park and played with Mason “together”, and we even went out to dinner “together”! She didn’t know we were on dates, but I could tell by her body language that she was feelin’ me! You know...the cold shoulder…the dirty looks when she caught me staring…she was just playing hard to get. I was smellin what she was stepping in…know what I mean? So after one of my buddies who knew her FAILED at getting her number to me or introducing us for about a year, I finally asked her out (long story). I knew on our first date, the way she picked up that Ski Ball at Chuck E Cheese, that she was the one!

Now here's the why...

Hers: This really is so involved. And as much as I wish I could tell you the whole story, I can't. I'm very protective of my family, and some things just aren't made to be blog fodder. But it came down to this...we originally were planning a summer wedding, but issues arose between Mason's biological father and others between my family and ultimately we decided against a big wedding ceremony. But we knew we wanted to get married. We had the same goal. We wanted to share our lives together, have a family, and be husband and wife. Isn't that what life's about? Finding people you love and sharing your life with them? So now that we weren't planning a ceremony we had nothing to wait for. We decided to just go for it. We knew we loved each other, what was the point in waiting? So we picked up some Chinese food, a Costco sheet cake, and had Jordan's dad say the nuptials!

His: B
ut since Alicia wants this to be serious, I’ll tell you why after 55 days I knew I wanted to marry her. I had always spent my time casually dating in my early years as a way to pick the traits of a good woman I wanted to marry. I had never wanted to date until I was 35 when it was time to settle down because I was too old for the dating game. I knew that as soon as I found the woman that had enough in common with me and had the ability to love someone with all of my flaws, that I would marry her. So, on our first real date we went out to dinner at Macaroni Grill. We sat for hours not telling random stories or having a causal conversation filled with witty banter. We just sat and talked about every single thing that bothered us about people in general and what we wanted out of life. A day later, I went to go see my dad in the hospital (just had heart surgery) and my mom saw me walking/prancing down the hallway and said “looks like someone’s in loooooove”! I couldn’t hide it. I went work so I could email and text her. I left work everyday and drove 40 minutes each way to take her to lunch. I went to her house every night to sit on her couch and played with Mason. I slept on her couch until 2 or 3 in the morning watching Law & Order, drove 45 minutes home to sleep for an hour and got up to start it all over again. She occupied every thought, she fit every single one of my wife criteria, and most of all, she loved me. I knew that with all that we had figured out in the short 55 days that we were dating, that we could live 80 years of our lives together, raise a family, and enjoy the company of each other until the day we died. I wanted nothing more than to spoil her, be with her, smell her breath, rub her back, suck a mean toe, etc. I figured marriage would be fun, tough, exhausting, and filled with compromise; but nothing could off-set the love we felt for each other and the desire I had to be with her. To this day, we’ve never had a serious fight, I’ve never hit her (she hits me…I’m scared of her), she still gets everything she wants, she gives me everything I want and I don’t regret giving my all to her and never will. We are the epitome of a perfect marriage.

Geez...we're nauseating. Aren't you glad you asked?

I must be delirous to do this...

La la la la laaaaaaa....

Love is in the air folks! My mind is all a blur with thoughts of my boo this morning. Hey Jordan, what are you wearing? Meow. Or maybe I'm just still a little loopy from the sleeping pills I took last night. Which by the way are GLORIOUS! Why didn't anyone tell me about Excedrin PM before??? Normally sleeping pills don't work for me due to hyperactivity issues, and to be honest, I didn't sleep great at all last night. But man, I sure passed out quick! The last thing I remember was singing show tunes to Jordan while trying to breathe out of one nostril (I have a cold) and then waking up in a puddle of drool with my hair matted to my face. I'm beyond sexy in the morning. It's criminal.

Side note: Does anyone else's drool bleach their sheets? Or is that just my toxic saliva?? Gross I know. But really, is it just me?

Now back to this 'love in the air' crap I was talking about. Guess what this Sunday is?? It's our anniversary! 4 years people. 4 glorious....long....amazing...LOOOOOOOOOONG....years. Sometimes I have to pinch myself to see if this is just a dream, but as crazy as it sounds it's not. I knew Jordan for all of 55 days before we got married. Now 4 years, 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 1 house later here we are. As crazy and in love as ever! Mushy mushy lovey dovey kissy face and all that nonsense.

So this is where you all come in. In celebration of 4 years I'm handing the reins over to you! It's time for you to ask anything and everything you've ever wanted to know about me, him, us, life. Anything...well almost anything. And here's the best part...HE'S going to have to answer them and post them this week! Hahahaa!! This is either going to be the smartest thing I've ever done, or the stupidest! So go on, ask away....

What do you want to know???

The Toilet Paper Throwdown...

2 DAYS!

For 2 days I've had to wipe my 'personals' with NAPKINS! And it's not because I'm out of toilet paper. I have PLENTY of toilet paper. It's because my husband is stubborn. Here's the thing...if you FINISH the roll, then you REPLACE the roll. Right? Right!!!

WRONG, as far as Jordan is concerned at least. Do you know what he did??? He left the cardboard roll for me. umexcuseme?! It's like a slap in the face! I have IBS and food allergies folks. When it comes to bathroom time a cardboard roll isn't going to stand a chance against my artillery! I need something with durability! Like my heavy duty double quilted bath tissue. So I'm staring at the empty roll and ask my husband sweetly, "Babe....center of my universe....sunshine in my life...would you please go grab me some toilet paper? Thank you love, I do so appreciate it." **bats eyelashes**

You know what this fool did? He handed me a wash cloth. A-hem. I birthed your children with this....and you hand me a WASH CLOTH.....Fine. I'll use your stupid wash cloth....but this means WAR! I refused to put a new roll on. He finished the last one and he WOULD replace it with a new one! And so it began....

And for the last 2 days I've been either sneaking off to use the kids bathroom, using napkins from the kitchen (holy chaffing batman, pass the Boudreaux's butt paste!), or smuggling toilet paper in my bra. I mean a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do!!

I'm making a statement here folks. I'm proving a point!!

And guess what...I WON! That's right! Victory is mine! You know how you spell victory? A-L-I-C-I-A! Because last night, I came home and found this waiting for me....

{Now this is love....18 rolls of love}

{Soooo much softer than napkins...and towels...and socks...ha!}

And now if you'll excuse me, I have a hot date with my toilet, Good Housekeeping magazine, and 18 rolls of deliciously soft toilet paper.

Language of loooove....

Men just have a way with words, don't they? I mean they can make ANYTHING sound DIRTY romantic! For instance...last night Jordan was loading the kids up in the car and as I open the passenger door to get in, he has the radio blaring and he's belting out "Watching in slow motion as you turn around and say....TAKE MY BREATHE AWAAAAAAAAY ..."

I respond to his serenade with a sarcastic "Settle down Maverick."

Without missing a beat he turns to me with those bedroom eyes, or come to think of it maybe it was gas, I get the two looks confused sometimes...and with a raise of the eyebrow he says "Wanna get Goosed?"....Sweet mother of Abraham Lincoln, do you see what I have to put up with???

And just to really drive the point home, he takes one last stab at it and purrs in my ear "I'll take your breathe away.."

OH FREAK! Yes, honey. How can I refuse such romantic gestures? I don't even know how my pantaloons just didn't drop....honestly now! I'm swooning over here!

Well, at least I can say the love is alive! HAA! But not only can he turn anything ummm, 'romantic', but my little casanova has some killer pick up phrases to go with those come-hither eye brow raises.... Like these:

* Is your daddy a baker? Because your buns look delicious.

* Do you have a map? Because I keep on getting lost in your eyes.

* Can I have a picture of you so I can show Santa what I want for Christmas?

* Do you have a band-aid? I scraped my knee when I fell for you.

* Did you eat lucky charms for breakfast? Because you're looking magically delicious.

* Are you a parking ticket? Because you've got fine written all over you.

* Let's make like fabric softener and snuggle.

* Can I borrow your library card? Because I'm checking you out.

* You're dad must have been a butcher, because you've got two fine hams stuffed down the back of your pants.

So what about you....what's your favorite pick up line? I need some good ones to throw back at him!

Did I ever show you guys this?

My husband got this shirt for his birthday from him best friend, Dizzle.

Yeah...

I'm not sure if I'm confused by it, or if I'm in complete awe of it's ghettofabulousness....

I mean just look at that wolf. The bling-bling, the goggles, the grill (that's right, its hard to see, but it's silver)....in your face. This wolf's a tool. I'm pretty sure if he was real (which I'm not saying he isn't) he would be wearing an Ed Hardy shirt... and maybe he would love snowboarding. I'm pretty sure he's the Jon Gosselin of the wolf pack. Tool.

Dizzle, I'd like to say it's the thought that counts, but......I'd be lying....

On a random note, here's my quote of the day...provided by the one and only Hubs....

"Alicia, you can't contain this love. I'm like 24 ounces of love trying to fit into a 12 ounce can. I'm overflowing, you can't bottle this."

(Followed by my blank stare and shake of the head)

Shoot me in the face...

There are a lot of things I would love spending 4 hours out of my day doing. Like sleeping for instance, or blogging. Googling pictures of the Hoff (meow). Maybe read some books, work on my tan....shoot, I'd even do laundry over what I had to do yesterday. We spent four friggin quality hours teaching Mason how to.....are you ready for this.....swallow a flippin' pill!!!!

For the record, I'd rather stab myself repeatedly in the eye with a dull pencil before doing this again. I'm pretty sure those 4 hellish hours have won themselves the title of 'Most frustrating experience of my mothering career'. It's a pretty prestigious award, so why don't I explain how I received it, in case anybody out there would like to try for one.

This last weekend Mason was given a new medication. The old one wasn't meeting his current needs so we felt it was best to try something new. Well. Apparently Mason didn't agree. The new pill is hardly any bigger than the old pill. But it's not a pill that can be crushed or chewed, it has to be taken whole. It's smaller than a tic tac, just to put things in perspective. So yesterday morning while getting ready to send my little heathen off to school we had him take his pill. Or try to. Over and over and over....

He couldn't...no, make that WOULDN'T take it. And short of waterboarding the kid, we tried EVERYTHING! He put it under his tongue, back of the throat, head tilted back, wrapped it with food, drank through a straw, you name it....we tried it. He must have gone through 4 glasses of milk and juice trying to get it down, to no avail, might I add. An hour and a half into it he had managed to throw apple juice all over the kitchen, spit milk all over us, spill water all over himself, and STILL hadn't swallow the pill. By this time Mason's crying, he's late for school, I'm bawling, Jordan's frustrated, and the pill is sitting on the table taunting us.

So I did what any over emotional and crazed mother would do....I took him to the doctor. Now I love our doctor, he really is amazing and has done so much for our children. Buuuuuut the last time I took him in because I was concerned about the medication and weight loss he prescribed ice cream before bed time. Yeahhh. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when he prescribed BRIBERY yesterday. WTF? So my kids a turd, won't take the friggin pill (when I know he can because he's ALWAYS taken pills) and not only do I have to give him ICE CREAM but I have to buy the little delinquent a TOY??? That's it...I need to see some diplomas or evidence of schooling because that's a steaming pile of dog crap. So glad I paid a $20 copay for that crap. But I'll try it. Because I'm desperate.

So we tried again last night. Only this time we used tic tacs so he was just having candy instead of the dreaded medicine. Again, we tried everything. We tried so hard to make it FUN! We wrapped it in candy, hid it in applesauce, offered him treats, toys, MONEY....ANYTHING. Sigh. Nothing worked. So one crazy mother, one exhausted son, one sexy father (yeah I said it), four horrid hours and endless tears later....we called it a day. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when Jordan came out this morning with this fantastic ghetto rigged creation....

The pill launcher 3000. Simply stick it to the back of the mouth and push the lever in and this high powered machine launches that pill straight to the back of the throat, wash it down with some milk, and you're good to go. No if, ands, or buts. The crazy thing is that Mason loved it! He thought it was cool!! WTF? So mommy gives you candy, toys, sunshine, and friggin' rainbows, and I get NOTHING! But daddy chokes you (not really, no need to call cps just yet) and you think it's COOL??? Sigh....whatever works. At least he took the dang pill.

Reason #521

So my lovely lady friends and I went out tonight for a little girl's night out and caught the flick The Proposal. It was ah-may-zing! LOVED IT! About every 30 seconds I had to wipe the drool off of Brooke's chin, but we had a blast! Note to self: buttered popcorn not a great idea. bowels completely mad. I left the theatre feeling all starry eyed and kissy kissy face, eager to get home to my delicious husband. Romantic movies do this to me....I get all gooey and lovey dovey. So once at home Jordan and I start naming off the reasons we love eachother (aren't we cute? gag) He loves me because I have cute feet apparently...good to know...I wouldn't want him to love me because I'm an amazing mother and can make the best impersonation of a chicken ever. Feet are definitely more important. Kinda creepy in a Tanner P kinda way...

Then I made some raunchy remark about how I just want to run my fingers through his hair...but here's the rub. Jordan has an afro. Totally thick, curly hair...and a lot of it! So he uses gel to style it and I. Hate. Gel. For some reason I can't stand the way dry gel feels, it gives me the heebie jeebies. And needless to say, I can't run my fingers through gelled hair. He then tells me that he wants me to find him a new hairdo! Ummm, was that angels I heard singing?! I took full advantage of the moment and the next thing I know it's midnight and I'm washing his hair in the tub getting ready to channel my inner Vidal Sassoon. He was such a good sport, he didn't even complain when I got shampoo in his eye! I was on fire as I busted out the flat iron and got to work...I wish I had a picture of the end result, but can you say Ay Papi!! Bow chika bow wow.....Me likey!!

So reason #521 why I love my scrumptious piece of man meat: he goes along with my crazy ideas at all hours of the day and lets me tame his wild mane...what a man!

These dang sappy movies...but you know what? I don't need the movies, I have the happy ending...Some people thought we were nuts when we got married after only knowing each other for 55 days. But man it sure is fun to prove them wrong day after day!

Home Sweet Home

I'm baaaack! So we just spent the last 4 days at the sweet little town of Incline Village in Lake Tahoe and I'm relieved to say that it was a success! We had a 4 day family reunion that consisted of 40 people....20 of which were kids 12 and under. Yikes. It was intense....but, it was also a buttload of fun! (I just wanted to say buttload) We stayed in an awesome cabin and the kids had a blast hanging out and doing whatever they wanted the entire weekend. I didn't see my kids eat anything other than Mother's circus cookies...you know what I'm talking about...the amazing pink and white ones, but hey, whatever keeps them quiet...I mean makes them happy! Despite the lack of sleep, constant screaming, constipated children (btw, Presley totally pooped on Jordan tonight!! HA!), and lack of chocolate in the house we managed to make some awesome memories....here, take a gander...

Of course my boys find the heavy duty machinery....

Hot tub time! Can you imagine the amount of urine in this thing?! Because I can!

Yeah it won't rotate. Lame. But this is Boogie's new trick! NO HANDS! Coke is nutritious right?

See the one in the front tossing gang signs? Yeah, that's our....figures.

I asked for chocolate. The husband buys this. All I could think of was deer poop. I couldn't eat it. What a waste.

I couldn't get the dang picture to rotate!! But dang baby you look goooood! Booya!

My boys on the ferris wheel at Scheel's.
Dude my butt looks huge in this picture!

Little Miss Presley lookin' tough for the camera. Grrr!

How cute is this?! And look, she loves it!
I don't know why, but I think this video is so funny. Presley loves to rock herself to sleep and I've never seen another baby do this. Check it out if you have time...this girl is just too stinkin' cute!

Crazy home intruder...

If I was ever attacked by a home intruder I would be useless. You wanna know how I found this out? Take a walk down memory lane with me...you can hold my hand if you want to...

It was a Thursday like any other. Boogie was eating lunch, Presley was napping, Mason was playing at grandma's, the hubby was earning that dolla' and I was still in my pajamas cleaning the house, like the good wife that I am. I was deep in thought, mentally preparing myself for Friday's trip to Tahoe and everything I would need to bring. "Pack the kid's medicine, wash off their boots, buy formula," I thought to myself as I wandered through the house, when BAM! I turned the corner into the bedroom and ran straight into a man hiding, pressed against the wall. HEY! he shouts and jumps out at me! HOLY SWEET MOTHER OF PEARL I'M GOING TO DIE!! I think to myself as I try to back away screaming bloody murder. So what's the first thing I do?

Well I'd like to say that I hit him straight in the solar plexus and beat the tar out of the guy, then said something really witty like "Not this time mister, you've messed with the wrong girl" and then he'd black out until the police got him. But no.....I threw a shoe at him. Yeah. Turns out that's not very effective. Where did I go wrong?! I've played this scenario over millions of times in my head before, never once did it involve footwear. I'd had it figured out for years. I'd hockey punch the guy, knee him in his snuffaluffagus, grab the kids and RUN! But no....I threw a shoe... A sandal to be exact.

Lucky for me it was only my crazy husband who decided to scare the crap out of me by coming home HOURS early and sneaking in like some crazy crack head. My heart didn't beat right for over an hour! And I'm pretty sure I piddled myself a little. In fact, I would still be pretty bitter at him if he didn't leave me such a sweet note on the bathroom mirror.....

In case you can't read that it says "I wanna bite your butt." He even put teeth marks on the tush...isn't he romantic? He really knows how to make me go soft in the knees after all these years...

I'll miss you all the next few days! Lake Tahoe here we come!!

How do you spell victory?

It's Monday night at the House of Cline and we decided to have family game night outside. We busted out the golf clubs, the long boards, bikes, and the playground ball. The oh-so-important playground ball. The ball that 10 minutes prior my husband had been threatening me with...that's right...threatening to kick my trash in a rousing game of FOUR SQUARE!! HA! Who plays that anymore?! That's so totally elementary school...We're grown adults...Who am I kidding. We were gonna have a battle. Much to my sugar boogar's disappointment the ball was flat....so we had to resort to plan #2. So what's plan #2?

ahem...pogs. Yeah, I said it. POGS FOOL! It was on like donkey kong. We busted out the pogs and prepared ourselves for all out war. It was a tense 20 minutes....sweat dripping from our brows. But alas, there had to be a champion....How do you spell victory? A-L-I-C-I-A!!! That's how! Bow chicka bow wow! It was a close match. I have the pictures to prove it. But victory was mine, and oh how sweet it tasted! Too bad we're playing four square tomorrow...he's totally gonna kick my trash! That's what happens when you're hubby's 6 foot 3 compared to my staggering 5 foot 2. I don't stand a chance, don't tell him that though! Oh yeah, the kids had a blast too!
The yin yang slammer that led me to VICTORY!

Our array of pogs...totally rad!
That's my "Come here Sucka!" face
The final verdict....mine's on the left...booya!

Thanks to my ball and chain....

A few of my favorite things.....

This weekend was AwEsOmE! Here are a few of this weekends highlights...

1. My amazing husband (who knows me so well)...bought me THIS.....amazing! totally rad! The best part...it's insulated. Fanny packs are so functional,who knew?

2. I got to wear these.... (Thanks Nat, best gift EVER!)

3. So I could do this....(there's my favorite headband)

4. And my hubby made me this...heaven in my mouth...angels were singing...yum-frickin-o!

No children were seriously injured and no one puked. All in all, it was a successful weekend. I love my husband, who doesn't blink twice when I announce it's time to pull out the rain boots, we're playing in the rain! What a good sport! I can't wait to post tomorrow....My partner in crime, the Ethel to my Lucy... (you know who you are...Brooke) are having a photo shoot day...should be fun!

Sundaes on Thursday....

I love days like today! To truly enjoy every part of my day from waking to bed time can be a rare commodity at times....but today was simply and ordinarily perfect. Nothing grand happened, just life at it's fullest. Getting spit up on, changing explosive diapers, playing outside for hours, chauffeuring to and fro, getting sticky kisses from my munchkins, yummy Thai food for dinner(which I ate way too much of, I'm feeling like I'm gonna heave...blah), ice cream sundaes with Daddy...this is why I love my life. Man I really hope tomorrow isn't lame!! Today reminded me of the book For One More Day by Mitch Albom....it was just that good. I wish I could think of a cool song to be my theme song of the day! I have a secret...I know what made today so good. The first thing I did today was put on my pink headband with the big cute bow. I wore it ALL day...I think it made all the difference. I'm gonna wear it again tomorrow, just in case.
